1. Set up your branding (one-time)
On your dashboard, fill in your practice name, logo URL, consultation phone, and/or booking link, then save. This is what a patient sees when they land on your branded page — your name and logo, not ours.
2. Start using it — free, no card required
As soon as you sign up, your branded link is live. No subscription is required to try it: every practice gets up to 5 completed previews per week for free, which resets automatically. If you outgrow that, you can upgrade to the paid plan for a much higher monthly allowance (see pricing below) — but nothing is billed unless you choose to.
3. Share your link with patients
Your dashboard shows one URL: mysmilequote.com/s/your-practice. Put it on your practice website, in paid ads instead of sending that traffic to a generic site, in a text or email to a patient who's on the fence, or on a QR code at the front desk. Anyone who clicks it lands on a page with your logo and name at the top, running only your branded flow — they never see a competing practice.
4. What the patient does on that page
They pick a treatment (veneers, whitening, orthodontics, or full-arch implants), upload a selfie, and get an AI-generated before/after preview in about 30 seconds. Right under their result is a "Request a Consultation" form, plus your booking button or phone number if you've set one.
5. You follow up — this is the communication step
When a patient submits that form, it's captured as an inquiry exclusive to your practice — it never enters MySmileQuote's own provider-comparison lead pipeline. It shows up in your dashboard's "Consultation requests" list with their name, email, phone, which treatment they previewed, and when. There's no automatic text or email sent to the patient — your staff reaches out directly using that contact info, the same way you'd follow up on any inbound inquiry. The preview image travels with the inquiry too, so whoever calls back can reference exactly what the patient saw.
6. Ongoing
Your usage meter resets automatically each week (or each billing month once you're on the paid plan). If you're on the paid plan and run low, there's a one-time top-up option. You can cancel renewal anytime from "Manage billing" — access simply continues through the period you already paid for, and you fall back to the free weekly plan rather than losing access outright.
