These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mysmilequote.com and the services offered on it (together, the "Service"), operated by MySmileQuote ("MySmileQuote," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What We Do

MySmileQuote is a free comparison platform that helps patients research dental implant treatment options and request personalized quotes from independent, third-party dental clinics and providers ("Providers"). MySmileQuote is not a dental practice, does not employ dentists, and does not provide dental, medical, or clinical advice of any kind.

MySmileQuote is a marketing and referral platform, not a healthcare provider. All treatment decisions, diagnoses, pricing, and care are the sole responsibility of the independent Provider you choose to work with.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you submit a quote request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated as needed.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Estimated costs, savings percentages, and treatment planning tools shown on the Site (including the Financing Calculator and Treatment Planning Engine) are for general informational and planning purposes only, are based on data you or our Providers supply, and are not a guarantee of final pricing, financing terms, or treatment outcomes. Always consult a licensed dental professional for diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

4. Quotes, Pricing & Financing

  • Prices, discounts, and financing plans displayed on the Site are estimates provided by or on behalf of Providers and are subject to change based on your specific clinical needs, an in-person evaluation, and the Provider's own policies.
  • MySmileQuote does not set, collect, or process payment for dental treatment, and is not a party to any financial or treatment agreement between you and a Provider.
  • Financing options, if any, are offered by third-party lenders or the Provider directly; approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lender or Provider.

5. Third-Party Providers

When you request a quote, we introduce you to one or more independent Providers. We take reasonable steps to work with reputable Providers, but we do not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, safety, licensing status, or outcome of any treatment performed by a Provider. Your relationship with a Provider — including scheduling, treatment, and payment — is strictly between you and that Provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content for a competing service without our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, design, graphics, and tools (excluding Provider-supplied content) are owned by MySmileQuote and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PRICING OR SAVINGS ESTIMATES WILL MATCH YOUR FINAL TREATMENT COST.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSMILEQUOTE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY PROVIDER, INCLUDING ANY DENTAL TREATMENT YOU RECEIVE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MySmileQuote harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your relationship with any Provider.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
